MMA Xplosion, sponsored by World Series of Poker, will be showcasing the next generation in Mixed Martial Arts during Final Table Fight Night on Saturday, July 17 at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino.
The event kicks off with the official weigh-in at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 16 at Crown Nightclub. The weigh-in is free and open to the public ages 21 years or older. Later in the evening, Crown is holding a Sexy Ring Girl competition hosted by Playboy’s Erica Chevillar. The winner will receive $500 in cash and a contract for the MMA Xplosion event the next evening. Doors open at 10:30 p.m. and ladies drink free until 11:30 p.m. Cover charge may apply; locals receive half off admission.
Free Mix Martial Arts Fights
Final Table Fight Night will include many talented fighters competing against top prospects as they go “all in” and take to the ring for this thrilling event. The fight card features 14 highly energized MMA bouts which will undoubtedly leave the fans on the edge of their seats. Two of the camps represented during the event will be headed by the world famous Wanderlei Silva and Jeremy Horn. In addition, the popular Xtreme Couture, Tap-Out Training Center and LA Boxing Franchise camps will feature fighters such as Justin Jaynes, Joe Angelo and Alex Anagnostis, to name a few.
The bouts will take place in Pavilion Ballrooms 1-7 inside the Rio. Tickets are priced at $30 and $60 and are on sale now at the Rio Box Office, by calling 702.777.7777 or by visiting www.riolasvegas.com. The event is open to all ages. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the fights begin at 6 p.m. The fight card is subject to change.

The official MMA Xplosion after party will take place at Crown Nightclub with doors at 10:30 p.m. Guests 21 years or older can bring their MMA Xplosion ticket stub to Crown for a special $5 admission price and a complimentary shot.
